We make every effort to see patients at their appointment time and apologise if you are kept waiting. This is usually due to an emergency requiring urgent attention. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please ask to speak to the complaints manager, Gurjit Sonsoy, or you can put your concerns in writing to him. A copy of our practice complaints procedure is on display at reception.
